WOW visitors should expect to be surprised every time they visit our restaurant! Returning visitors to WOW will be amazed when they are presented with an entirely new menu each time they visit.

Glocal chefs with established reputations, new talents, and top amateur chefs from the Netherlands will have the chance to show off their skills by taking over the restaurant for one month. Every change in culinary guard will bring new surprises. Mediterranean, Asian, Scandinavian, South American as well as new combinations and forgotten classics… Dining at WOW is never a dull experience.

WOW chefs will use fresh, organic vegetables, spices, fruits and other products from WOW’s very own urban farm as well as from the restaurants adjoined herb garden.

OPENING HOURS
At this moment the restaurant is open from 08.00-10.00 during breakfast (for people in the hostel) and in the evening from 18.00-22.00 with daily fresh meals.
